The Women's Refugee Commission is a non-governmental organization based in New York City. It advocates for laws and programs to improve the lives and protect the rights of women, children and young people. Today they're taking part in International Youth Day which is on August 12 each year. The theme for today's event is Dialogue and Mutual Understanding.
