With all the current hype over the FIFA World Cup it's easy to forget that there are any other types of football. Rugby Union is a full contact sport played with an oval ball, but unlike American Football the players are not protected by crash helmets and body armour. Whilst traditionally Rugby Union has been a men's game with fifteen players on each side recent years have seen the introduction and uptake of the women's game.
