Visiting Joomla!Day France 2010 |

The welcome session in the main auditorium was filled with more than 230 people attending the event. I meet professionals, users and administrators and people that learned about Joomla just some weeks ago. On the social event the evening before we started talking to a lot of wonderful people and enjoyed some food in a typical French restaurant. During the event the talks continued and from what I understood people really enjoyed the event. I'm sure people will upload their pictures to flickr and co and tag them with something like #jdfr10 so you can find them easily. On the website of the French community (http://www.joomladay.fr) you can also find some cool videos with the speakers and people from the organization team. I like to thank all of the French team that made this event possible. I know how much work it is and you put a lot of effort in making this event something special. I enjoyed the event a lot and I'm pretty sure your attendees did too, this is what counts. I'm looking forward to meeting you again next year in France. Posted originally: 2010-03-29 07:24:10 |

The French Joomla community is a very enthusiastic one and with Jean-Marie (aka infograf768) and Christophe (aka chdemko) two members of our production leadership team are included as well. It was already the 4th Joomla!Day in France in a row and the first time for me to attend the event. This year the Joomla!Day was located at the conference center of Bordeaux and it was an awesome location.
